Shipping Policy

Every Collectorium Miniatures order is printed to order in our West Virginia studio — nothing is pre-stocked. Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

Because each piece is printed, cured, and hand-packed after you order, most orders ship within 5–9 business days. Larger orders — full warbands, bundles, or big terrain sets — can take a little longer; if yours will, we'll reach out to let you know.

This 5–9 day window is our print-and-prep time in the studio. It does not include carrier delivery time, which is added on once your package is on its way.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Any applicable rates or free-shipping thresholds will be shown before you pay.

Carrier, tracking, and transit

Orders ship with tracking. As soon as your package leaves the studio, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email. Transit time after that depends on the carrier and your location and is separate from our processing time above.

Damaged, lost, or incorrect orders

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If anything shows up damaged, misprinted, or not as described — or if a package is lost in transit — contact us right away and we'll make it right with a reprint or refund. Reach us at collectoriumminis@icloud.com with your order number and a photo of any issue.

Shipping addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to cover reshipping costs for packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, though we'll always work with you to get your order where it needs to go.
