Disclaimer & Product Safety Information

Please read the following information carefully before purchasing or using products from Collectorium Miniatures.

Choking hazard — not a toy

⚠️ WARNING: CHOKING HAZARD — Small parts. Not suitable for children under 3 years. Our miniatures, terrain, bases, and accessories are collectible hobby models intended for adults and older hobbyists. They frequently contain small, sharp, or fragile parts. They are not toys and are not intended for children. Keep away from young children and pets. Adult supervision is required for anyone younger handling these items.

Materials, resin, and handling

Our models are 3D printed in cured photopolymer resin or PLA/PETG filament (FDM). Products ship fully cured, but as with any resin or plastic hobby product we recommend the following:

  • Wash your hands after handling, especially before eating.
  • Cut, sand, drill, or file only in a well-ventilated area, and wear a suitable dust mask and eye protection — sanding or cutting produces fine particles that should not be inhaled.
  • Keep away from prolonged direct sunlight and high heat, which can warp or degrade prints.
  • These products are decorative collectibles. They are not food-safe, not toys, not suitable for use with food or drink, and should not be placed in the mouth.
  • If you have a known sensitivity to resins or plastics, take appropriate precautions when handling.

You assume all responsibility for the safe handling, modification, assembly, and painting of products purchased from us. Collectorium Miniatures is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from misuse, improper handling, or modification of our products.

Unpainted and some assembly required

Unless a listing states otherwise, models ship unpainted and may require light cleanup or assembly (removing supports, gluing parts). Paints, glue, and tools are not included. Colors, scale references, and painted examples shown in listings are for illustration only and may differ from the item you receive.

Licensing and intellectual property

Every model we sell is 3D printed under a commercial license granted by the independent artist or studio who created the original sculpt, and we credit those designers by name. We do not recast, copy, or reproduce models from molds.

Collectorium Miniatures is an independent studio and print shop. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Wizards of the Coast, Dungeons & Dragons (D&D), Games Workshop, Warhammer, Warhammer 40,000, or any other game publisher, manufacturer, or brand.

Any references to game systems, settings, or brands (for example, "compatible with" a particular tabletop game) are used solely to describe compatibility and intended use for the convenience of hobbyists. All product names, trademarks, and registered trademarks are the property of their respective owners, and their use here does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners. Our miniatures are intended as unofficial, third-party proxiescompatible with popular tabletop games — they are not official products of any game publisher.

No guarantee of game compatibility

References to scale (e.g., 32mm) and compatibility are provided as a guide. Because game rules, base sizes, and tournament requirements vary and change over time, we cannot guarantee that any product will be legal or accepted for use in any specific game, league, or event. Please confirm requirements with your game or event organizer before purchasing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Collectorium Miniatures' liability for any product is limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
