Turnaround varies with order size and the current queue, but most orders ship in 5–9 business days. Larger bundles or full warbands can take a little longer — if yours will, we'll let you know.

That window is print-and-prep time in our studio, not delivery time. Once your package is on its way, carrier transit is additional.

Nothing is pre-stocked. Every piece is printed to order — cast on our resin or filament printers after you buy, then cleaned, cured, and packed by hand. That's what keeps detail crisp and lets us offer such a wide catalog without warehousing thousands of models.

Yes. We want every order to arrive the way we'd want to receive it. If something shows up damaged, misprinted, or not as described, reach out and we'll make it right — a reprint or a refund, whichever suits.

Just message us within a reasonable window of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll sort it quickly.

Yes. We only print sculpts we're licensed to sell commercially, always crediting the original designers. We don't recast, copy, or work from molds — every model is an honest print of art we're licensed to carry.

Resin gives the finest detail and is our go-to for characters, busts, and display pieces. Filament (FDM) is tougher and great for terrain and larger, table-durable models.

Where a listing offers a choice, it'll say so. If you're unsure which is right for your use, just ask.

Unless a listing states otherwise, models ship unpainted and may need light assembly and cleanup — removing supports or gluing a few parts. They arrive primer-ready so you can get straight to building and painting.

Most are designed for 32mm heroic scale, the tabletop standard, unless a listing notes a different size (busts and display pieces are larger). If you need a specific scale for your game, message us before ordering and we'll confirm the fit.

Often, yes. We can build out full warbands, larger runs for a group or event, and licensed pieces that aren't in the shop yet. Message us with what you're after and we'll tell you what's possible and quote it.

We print and ship from our studio in West Virginia. We currently only ship within the United States.

Because we start printing quickly, reach out as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. If your order hasn't gone onto the print bed yet, we can usually adjust it. Once it's printing or shipped, we'll work with you on the best option.
